Are there Objective Methods
I Can Use to
Invest Successfully in The Stock Market?
There are two objective schools of investing - fundamental analysis and technical analysis.
Devotees of one sometimes treat the other with disdain. Use both can actually be a good way of making better investment decisions.
Fundamental analysis of stocks relies mainly on information from annual, half-yearly and quarterly shareholder reports issued by corporations. It is often used alongside other information such as newspaper reports and gossip from employees.
Technical analysis employs only market data to make buying and selling decisions. Technical analysis of a stock might be as basic as noting whether its share price has been trending upwards, sideways or downwards. Technical analysis can also become rather complex.
